Senior Executive Gary Rasicot is one of the recent winners of the Presidential Rank Award. He has served with distinction in numerous leadership positions within the Department of Homeland Security, including the Coast Guard, the Transportation Security Administration, and is currently serving as the acting assistant secretary for DHS Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction Office.
