Coast Guard turns to top chefs for recruiting help 

New policy asks special command aides (SCAs) to participate in demos, competitions, recruiting events 

The Coast Guard Academy recognized Petty Officer 2nd Class Felicia Juarez as the Coast Guard Academy Enlisted Person of the Quarter (EPOQ) and Petty Officer 1st Class Justin McClurg as the Coast Guard Academy Enlisted Person of the Year (EPOY), March 12, 2021. Nominees reflect the Coast Guard's core values of “Honor, Respect, and Devotion to Duty” and only those enlisted personnel who demonstrate sustained exceptional standards are selected.
