Running for a cause: how one member runs for the Coast Guard community  

A Coast Guard member raises funds for CGMA through running. 

Macie Rae Cook is Evans Army Community Hospital’s first baby of 2022. She was born Jan. 1, 2022 at 6:30 p.m. in the Mountain Post Birthing Center at Fort Carson. She weighed 6 pounds, 6 ounces, and measured 18.9 inches. Macie is the third child of proud parents Air Force Capt. Danielle Cook, 50th Force Support Squadron, Schriever Space Force Base, and Zachary Cook. “The staff was awesome,” said Danielle Cook. “It was a super smooth delivery.” Zachary Cook noted “It’s an easy birthdate to remember, 1-1-22.” (Photo by Norman Shifflett)

There’s financial assistance for the Coast Guard workforce seeking reproductive care  

CGMA offers a zero-interest loan for the workforce in need of financial assistance during their fertility journeys.
