Take the Ultimate Core Values Survey!

By AJ Pulkkinen, MyCG writer

We get it – you’ve been busy. That’s why we’ve created the Ultimate Core Values Survey. Yes, there are 20 other engagement activities and three contests for sharing your insights, but if you’re an epic procrastinator or only have five minutes, this ultimate survey is for you!

Jump on this ASAP, though, as we need your responses to finalize the Core Values Model.

Head on over to the Core Values site - you'll see ultimate survey at the top right.

Of course, if you enjoy being creative, there’s still time to submit your R-E-S-P-E-C-T acrostic, your example of someone demonstrating Honor, your ranking of the values Devotion to Duty, and more.

As a Service, we’ve never really focused on our culture. And many would say our culture is pretty good, overall. So imagine how great our culture could be if we shape it intentionally.

Now is the time. Now is when we collectively identify what it means to be a Coastie, so we can solidify the vision and then incorporate it into our employee evaluations, leadership training, and everyday life. And here’s how YOU can help: Take the Ultimate Survey on the Core Values site. Five minutes of your time = a better, stronger Coast Guard of the future.
