Opportunity: Become a personal coach through this free federal program

By AJ Pulkkinen, MyCG Staff

Once a year, the federal government solicits applicants for a personal coach training program. March 20 is the deadline to apply for the next eight-month program.

Coaching is an experiential development process that facilitates change and growth in both individuals and groups. The federal government uses coaching to help employees reach professional and business-related challenges. You can learn more about coaching on the Federal Coaching Network’s website

The Federal Internal Coach Training Program (FICTP) offers a unique opportunity for federal employees to become personal coaches. The program is free for all participants.
