Formula reimbursement program available through CG Mutual Assistance

Effective immediately, Coast Guard Mutual Assistance (CGMA)  is establishing a temporary program to reimburse eligible personnel who need to have baby formula shipped to them from other parts of the country.  The program will  run from today through November 30, 2022. Applications for reimbursement will be due no later than December 31, 2022.  

CGMA will reimburse members up to $750 total between now and the end of the year for any costs for the shipment of baby formula.  CGMA prefers members save all their receipts and submit one application with a maximum reimbursement of $750. If a need exists for reimbursement sooner, they may submit subsequent applications from later shipments. .  Applications should be submitted on CGMA Form 12F with a copy of the receipt for the shipping cost.
