TSP: There’s an app for that

By Chief Warrant Officer 4 Allyson E.T. Conroy, MyCG Staff

Coming in June 2022, you will be able to access your Thrift Savings Plan (TSP) on your smart phone or tablet through the TSP app. To maintain your account security, you will be able to use biometrics – fingerprint or facial recognition – to access your information on the app.

Access at your finger tips

There will be a number of things that you will be able to accomplish using the TSP app.

  • Monitor your account
  • Make transactions
  • Submit forms and upload documents
  • Sign documents with your electronic signature
  • Use mobile check deposit for rollovers

You’ll have the opportunity to connect with a ThriftLine Representative during business hours in the live-chat feature. And after hours you’ll have access to AVA, the virtual assistant who can assist you any time of day.

In the meantime, make sure you’re aware of upcoming transition dates and deadlines, and visit their website to learn more about other new features and changes coming in June. Stay tuned to the TSP website for more information once the app is ready for download.
