For Action: Diversity and Inclusion Action Plan survey

The Coast Guard has released the 2022 Diversity and Inclusion Action Plan (DIAP) Survey and is seeking your responses by April 4. Active duty, reservists, civilians, and auxiliarists can access the survey here (CAC required).

Your voluntary, confidential participation in this survey is needed as we seek to identify gaps, inform investment activities, and accelerate progress toward a more diverse and inclusive Coast Guard where everyone believes they can thrive, according to Capt. Laura Collins, Acting Director of Civilian Human Resources, Diversity and Leadership (CG-12).

The survey will help the Coast Guard evaluate the utility of the 2019-2023 Diversity and Inclusion Action Plan thus far. Findings will also be used to help recruit and retain the most talented workforce our nation has to offer.

The voluntary, confidential survey is open through March 25, and can be completed within 30 minutes using a government computer during duty hours.
