Over the last year we banded together to battle an unprecedented pandemic that altered our daily interactions and societal expectations. Intense vaccination efforts and concomitant laudable successes, have allowed us to reduce travel restrictions, resume visiting with loved ones, revise mask mandates and physical distancing requirements, and recover many normal human behaviors we have deeply craved. As we begin to heal from our pandemic induced stressors, and re-adapt to this once familiar, “now new environment,” it can be a scary prospect to return to our previous ways of life.
This week we will examine positive ways to prepare our hearts and minds to enter yet another, new normal. Please join us this week on May 26, 3:00 p.m to 4:00 p.m, EDT as Ms. Liz Bonet, Licensed Clinical Social Worker from CG-SUPRT, and Chaplain David Peterson from TRACEN Yorktown discuss “Comin’ Back Strong!”
