We are at the mid-point for the 2020 Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey. The survey initially began Sept. 24 and will continue through Nov. 5. As of Oct. 15, our official mid-point mile marker, 32% of our eligible workforce has completed the survey – thank you!
We have two more weeks, so there is still time to complete your survey and provide valuable feedback to leadership. This year, there are specific questions about the COVID-19 pandemic. We want to hear from you now more than ever about how the Coast Guard is handling COVID-19 and workplace flexibilities.
Remember, to be eligible to participate in the 2020 FEVS you must have been a permanent civilian employee with the Coast Guard as of October 2019 (non-political appointee, non-temporary, on a full or part-time schedule). OPM sends survey reminders each Thursday to those eligible employees who have not yet completed the survey. Have you seen an email from "Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey - HS" evhs@opm.gov? That’s us! The email will also include your own personal survey link.
