Our Deck Plate Leader of the week Command Master Chief Rashaun Morris our Reserve Command Master Chief from our First Coast Guard District!
We wanted to highlight Master Chief Morris this week, as she will be retiring Saturday after 33 years of dedicated service! The Coast Guard will certainly miss her outstanding leadership, and I will miss having her remarkable wisdom, knowledge, experience and positive attitude in our Command Master Chief network. Morris is also a wonderful friend to so many and we wish her all the best in retirement.
Morris has an amazing ability to connect with people throughout the service. Her leadership and dedication to the growth of the Coast Guard has been influential for many, and will live on through our members.
Good luck Rashaun in your future endeavors. You will be greatly missed.
