Direct Access will have limited availability 6-10 Oct

By MyCG Staff

Direct Access will have limited availability Oct. 6 through Oct. 10. During this timeframe, access to self-service will be unavailable.

You should complete any required work and enter any requests prior to 5 p.m. EDT on Oct. 6. After that time, you will not have login access, and will not be able to submit absence requests, process pay or separation transactions, or process orders such as reserve IDT, ADT, etc.

Direct Access will be limited to users who have a business operational need that does not impact the pay processing.

This disruption potentially impacts all active duty, reservists, retirees, annuitants and civilian supervisors of military members.

The down time will enable staff to apply changes related to the Presidential Memorandum on Deferring Payroll Tax Obligations in Light of the Ongoing COVID-19 Disaster.

Direct Access will be reactivated on or about 12 a.m. EDT, October 10.

If you need access to Direct Access during this period, submit your request to LT Chase A. Mercer,
Chase.A.Mercer@uscg.mil.
