Lending a helping hand: Coast Guard members helping each other

By From Master Chief Petty Officer of the Coast Guard’s Facebook page

Command Master Chief Zachary Ayres, Chaplains Lt. Mark Beaudet and Lt. Doyle Allen, all of Sector Mobile, provided meals ready to eat (MRE), water bottles, and propane tanks to Coast Guard Station Pensacola after the unit was damaged and lost power during Hurricane Sally, Sept. 18, 2020.

They also visited neighboring units to speak on how members can use Coast Guard Mutual Assistance (CGMA), Coast Guard Foundation Grants, Chief Petty Officer Association Grants, Critical Incident Stress Response Program (CISR), as well as how members can report damage and claim food loss with insurance companies.
